Expense tracking for iPhone
Log it.
Get on with your day.
A coffee, some groceries, another subscription. Log it in one sentence and see where your money goes at a glance. All on your iPhone, just for you.
The phone mockup shows Spent’s Summary screen: the total due this month, category budgets and spending by category.
01Quick entry
One sentence is enough.
Type or say “kahve 85 garanti” (coffee, 85, Garanti). Spent picks out the amount, category and card, and suggests what it learned from your confirmed entries. You check everything before saving.
Spent’s interface and quick entry are in Turkish. Voice entry works on iPhones that support on-device Turkish speech recognition.
Mockup: “kahve 85 garanti” is typed into quick entry; the preview fills in Coffee, 85 TL, the Food category and the Garanti debit card on its own, then the entry is saved.
02From a screenshot
Already on screen? Skip the retyping.
Pick a screenshot of the transactions in your banking app. The rows are read on your device and become entries, and anything that looks like an expense you already logged is flagged.
Supports Garanti, Ziraat and Yapı Kredi current-account screenshots. Spent never connects to your bank or asks for a password.
Mockup: a screenshot of a bank transaction list slides onto the phone, its rows are scanned and become Groceries, Coffee, Fuel and Pharmacy entries; the Coffee row is flagged as a possible duplicate.
03Evening reminder
No purchase slips through.
Every evening at the time you pick, Spent asks one question. If you logged something that day: “Anything you forgot to add today?” If you didn’t: “Didn’t spend any money today?” Tap the notification and quick entry opens.
Optional; turn it on in Settings. The notification never shows amounts or spending details.
Mockup: an iPhone lock screen at 21:00. A Spent notification slides in from the top asking, in Turkish, whether you forgot to add any spending today. Then the notification is tapped.
04Monthly summary and stats
Where your money goes, at a glance.
What’s due this month, how it splits by category, what’s left in your budgets and how it compares with the previous period. View a month, the last 3 months or a year; instalments count in the month you pay them.
Mockup: the Stats screen shows 12,480 TL spent in October, 12 percent less than September; the ring chart shows Groceries 32 percent, Food 22 percent, Fuel 18 percent.
05Subscriptions
No surprises at month’s end.
Your subscriptions sit on a calendar by payment day. See what each one costs per month, per year and per day: a 390 TL Netflix plan is 13 TL a day. Spent also works out how many fewer of something you buy often would pay for a subscription each month. You get subscription suggestions too, from payments that repeated with the same amount every month.
Mockup: the Subscriptions screen shows 675 TL a month, 22 TL a day and 8,100 TL a year. Netflix 390 TL, Spotify 115 TL, iCloud+ 50 TL and YouTube 120 TL drop onto their payment days in a November calendar. A card suggests that 5 fewer coffees a month would cover Netflix, and 8 fewer would cover every subscription.
06Privacy
Your data stays on your phone.
No account. No server your spending is uploaded to. No ads, no analytics. Lock it with Face ID or your device passcode if you like; make a full backup or export a CSV report. You choose where the files go.
